Things which don't require specific supervision for Passover:

 (Except where indicated)

Isopropyl Alcohol- other alcohol could be a problem
*Aluminum foil or pans (pans should be washed first), wax paper,
Styrofoam, paper plates (except the cheapest white ones, best not to
use), plastic wrap (see "wraps" below), chinet paper goods (OKP)
Ammonia- all
*Baby formula- (with separate utensils) Enfamil, Isomil, Prosobee,
Similac, Soyolac
*Baby Food- Beech-Nut, Geffen (OUP)
Baby oil, wipes (without alcohol)
*Baby powder- Johnsons's and all Talcum powder
*Bicarbonate of Soda (not baking powder): all
*Bleach any
Cleansers- All Proctor and Gamble liquid detergents, Fantastik, Glass
Plus,
*Cocoa- Hershey's, Nestle or any 100% pure
*Coffee filters any
*Coffee- (caffeinated) Chock Full O' Nuts, Eight O'clock, Folger's,
Nescafe (except chicory) & Taster's Choice (except chicory), Starbucks
flavorlock bags (OUP)
Flavorlock Coffee Bags with OUP,  Sanka with OKP
*Cottonseed Oil- with proper Passover supervision is acceptable
according to all authorities
*Contact lens Solution
Dates- Pitted and whole- Dole, Sunglow, Calavo (wash it first)
*Dental Floss- any unflavored 
*Deodorants- any powdered or stick, any
Arid, Soft and Dry (all), all Proctor and Gamble, Secret, Sure
*Detergents- any powdered brands which are kosher year round (liquid
dish detergents do require certification.) Ajax, Clorox, Comet,
Fantastic, Mr. Clean, Spic and Span, liquid detergents: Bold, Dash,
Ivory Snow, Cheer, Tide
*Dishwashing detergents- Dawn, Ivory, Joy, Palmolive (all Proctor and
Gamble liquid detergents)
*Fish- all frozen raw fish with hechsher is good for Pesach.
*Fruit- frozen, unsweetened and without syrup
*Glue Elmers- all except washable paste; 
Gum- Bazooka with OUP
Hair Spray;  
Honey - with symbol only
Ice- bags from plain water
*Infant formula- Isomil, Similac, Enfamil, prosobee, Soyalac (you must use separate utensils to serve them)
Juice- Pure Lemon Juice, any brand pure, lime juice (realemon), frozen
orange or grapefruit juice with no vitamin c added, should be USDA
frozen, liquid Tropicana- OKP only, RealLemon, Realime juice(liquid
only, even without OUP). Plain pineapple in water.
Lens solution- (without alcohol)
Lipstick- if doesn't have flavors, wheat or flour- Maybelline- Great
Wear, long wearing lipstick, call the rabbi for list.
*Meat and poultry- raw,  fresh or frozen- as long as it is kosher, all
Empire poultry is acceptable except turkey burgers, all Vaad Hakehilot
of Memphis meats at Kroger's are acceptable. Outside processed meats could be non Passover approved. Does not require OUP: Rubashkin, 999, International Glatt Kosher
*Medicines- according to Rav Gedalya Schwartz, all prescription medicine may be used.  Also, Alka Seltzer, aspirin (Anacin, Bufferin, Tylenol) Polident tablets, Fasteeth, St. Joseph Children (regular and aspirin free), Liquiprin, Midol, Sudafed (all forms), Kaopectate (Reg. Liquid, peppermint Liquid, Children's liquid, caplet formula
Milk, eggs- purchase before Pesach; 
Mineral oil,any
Mouthwash- Scope, Listerine; Nail polish any
*Nuts- any brand, unroasted, whole, chopped, or shelled, except peanuts, without BHA or BHT added
*Orange Juice or grapefruit- frozen 100%, no sweeteners, additives or preservatives
*Olive oil- extra virgin (this is also acceptable year 'round)
*Oven cleaner- with any O-U, eg. Easy Off, Dow, Mr. Muscle, Fantastik 
Paper towels- don't use the first and last sheets with food (may have
corn starch on them)
Paper Plates, cups- the cheap paper should not be used for hot. Some would recommend plastic
Perfumes- Chanel (all), Charlie, Eternity, Obsession, call for Rabbi for
list.
*Powders- all powders are acceptable, face and body powders, body
creams, and polishes, silver and furniture, do not require hashgacha.
Pet foods- call Rabbi for pet food list..
*Raisins- Dole, Del Monte, Pride, Safari; Salads- Star K salads of Dole
*Salt- any brand, without iodine, maltodextrin, dextrose, polysorbates
*Scouring pads- o-cel-o sponges, Scotch Brite, Steel Wool (plain),
Scrunge, Chore Boy
Shampoos- Prell, Pert plus, Head and Shoulders, Vidal Sassoon, Flex
 Silver polish
*Spices- whole, not ground, not blends, not fennel, caraway, cumin,
and  Fenugreek, no Chinese spices, no mustard on Pesach (if you can't
get any other, then you can use McCormick; onion powder, parsley,
paprika, minced onion, garlic powder, white pepper, ground ginger, and
black pepper)
Soap- any bars, eg, Palmolive bar soap, dial, dove, ivory
*Sugar- any brand white granulated cane sugar (not powdered, no dextrose added), Domino brand brown or brownulated with "p" next to kosher symbol
Sweeteners- Pillsbury Sweet-10, Sucaryl
Tea- any brand pure, unflavored, non-herbal  tea leaves or bags except
instant and decaffeinated,  Swee-touch-nee 97 % caffeine free (even
without OUP), Wissotsky, Lipton unflavored
Toiletries- Procter and Gamble shampoos, deodorants, contact lens
solution,
Toothpaste- Colgate, Close Up, Aim..
Vegetables- any fresh (other than legumes) precut salads must have
kosher symbol and should be washed, Popeye Spinach with a Star K is
kosher for Passover, Star K salads of Dole are also good.
Vitamins- natalins, poly-vi-sol, poly-vi-flor (kitniyot)
Water- any fresh, bottled, unflavored; 
Wraps- Reynolds, Glad, Saran Wrap, Ziploc

What is considered a legume and is hence forbidden? rice, corn, peas, mustard seed, beans (kidney, lima, garbanzo, bean sprouts, etc.), green beans, sesame seeds, peanuts, soybeans, sunflower seeds, alfalfa sprouts, tofu these may be used as pet food or medicine.
