History on the Web is a fascinating site as a whole, and has a lot of
Southern history in the "Jews in the Civil War" section.
- Southern Jewish
Historical Society - Join the Society in learning about
the Jewish experience in the American South from the Colonial period,
through the Civil War to the present. The Southern Jewish Historical
Society includes members from all religions and backgrounds.
- Dixie Jews
Homepage - Has some brief histories of Jews in the South, but mainly
